Yoga sessions are designed to enhance your surf experience, blending strength, mobility, and mindfulness to help you move more fluidly both in and out of the water. Each class focuses on core strength, balance, and flexibility, all essential for maintaining control and power while riding the waves.
You’ll experience a dynamic mix of yoga, pilates, and primal movements, all using your body as the ultimate resistance tool. These movements will build endurance, activate muscles, and improve your agility and coordination. We’ll incorporate breathwork techniques to help you stay grounded and centered, both on the mat and when you’re out on the surfboard.
Expect to work on fluidity and alignment with a focus on creating stability and mobility in key areas like the hips, shoulders, and spine. Full-body stretching will allow for deep relaxation, unwinding any tension, and restoring flexibility after your time in the ocean. Each class will leave you feeling rejuvenated, strong, and ready to ride the next wave with confidence and ease.
